DCL Media & Print

DCL Media & Print offers a complete range of both roll fed and sheet fed labels and stickers. All are available in four color print or black on white background. Labels may be used for Packaging, for Product identification, Shipping and Mailing, Warnings and many other applications. For the Hazardous Warning Dangerous Goods Label, click here.

Standard roll labels range from 2” x 2” to 7.75” x 7.75”. Check the Cost Calculator for options and costs. Custom sizes are available.

Standard sheet labels range from 2” x 2”, 3.5” x 2”, 4” x 2”, 3” x 3”, 4” x 3”, 7” x 3”, 4” x 4”, 6” x 4”. Custom sizes are available.

Label materials vary from roll stock to sheet fed stock.

Roll stock labels are typically printed on a White BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Poly Propylene) stock, very durable, with good adhesion properties.

Sheet labels are typically printed on an 89 bright, white, 60 lb. Offset paper with permanent adhesive on an 80 lb. crack and peel liner. Specify a Gloss finish (opaque) or Litho finish (writeable)

Stickers my be printed with rounded corners. Check the Cost Calculator for all options and pricing.

Artwork Size with Bleeds should be .25” greater on both dimensions (L & W). For example, the artwork for a 2” x 2” label should be 2.25” x 2.25”. We also require a 1/8” print margin from each edge of the label. Artwork should be submitted via a print ready PDF file, with fonts outlined and images embedded.

When it comes to artwork and typesetting, DCL Media & Print offers you some options. Please provide us a Print Ready PDF file with fonts outlined and images embedded. As another option, you can take advantage of our Basic Typesetting service. Send us your Logo or Images and whatever content you want printed on the letterhead. We’ll set the type. Just download our Basic Typesetting Form, enter the requested information, and upload it after you have placed your order. Or as a 3rd option, let DCL Media & Print design something for you!

Standard turnaround time is 4 - 5 business days after approval of proofs. Minimum quantity is 50 units.
